We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident & Family Experience Coordinator to join our team at Woods Park Community & Retirement Living. As a key member of our community, you will play a critical role in enhancing the lives of our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the resident move-in, transfer, and move-out process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our residents and their families.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to provide coaching and direction to resident home area teams, promoting excellence in service delivery.
- Take a lead role in facilitating resident and family satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and implementing improvements to enhance the care and service experience.
- Work closely with the Director of Resident Programs to support Resident & Family Councils and implement action items.
- College diploma or university degree, or equivalent experience in healthcare, seniors' living, or a related sector.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of the Long Term Care Act & Regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to organize, plan, and delegate responsibilities.
