Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage daily front of house activities

  6. Track inventory levels and initiate orders as necessary
  7. Establish and uphold restaurant policies and procedures

Required Skills

  1. Proven experience in restaurant or hotel management
  2. Understanding of food service industry practices and regulations
  3. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  4. Familiarity with POS systems
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to effectively motivate and supervise staff
  7. Knowledge of food handling and bartending protocols
