Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure accurate ordering and minimize waste.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with our staff, guests, and suppliers to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and suppliers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Client focus to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and guests.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support colleagues.
