Job Overview


C R G Group is seeking a highly skilled Junior Site Project Controls Specialist to join our team at the Bruce Power Site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze project schedules, man-hours, and cost progress to identify trends and inform cost forecasts.
  • Prepare and submit estimates for contract scope changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
  • Contribute to the preparation of project cost reports, providing detailed insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, cost control systems, and documentation, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Manage change control, cost reports, and cash flows, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Review invoices against purchase orders and contracts, verifying accuracy and certification of payments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience in project controls.
  • Proven skills in organization, planning, and time management.
  • Detail-oriented and goal-driven, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • Proficient in business computer skills, including MS Office and project management software.
  • Experience with P3 and MS Project scheduling software, as well as other relevant computer software skills.
  • Background in project controls, with experience working on EPC & EPCM type projects.
