Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at MECHFIELD CANADA INC.

Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning and organizing daily operations, evaluating daily progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction projects, including planning, organizing, and executing daily operations.
  • Evaluate daily progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed to support construction projects.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, and develop and implement quality control programs.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information, and prepare reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work under pressure

  • Efficient interpersonal skills

  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
