The Opportunity
We're seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for motivating, coaching, and encouraging employees to achieve their highest performance potential. You'll work closely with our branch manager to ensure daily service commitments are met and provide exceptional customer service.
A Day in the Life
- Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates talent.
- Support the team in achieving their highest performance potential.
- Responsible for assisting branch manager and ensuring daily service commitments are met.
- Able to answer client and associate questions, handle service/call escalations, and complete special projects.
- Maintains necessary relationships with employees to ensure quality service standards are met.
- Utilize current centralized reference tools to make decisions or follow commercial lines procedures.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 5 years insurance brokerage experience, with minimum 2 years leadership experience.
- Level 2 General Insurance License and an industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
