You will possess:

Extensive knowledge of the healthcare system concerning care and service delivery and its interconnections with other clinical programs/services. Proven ability to lead, plan, implement, and manage large-scale clinical initiatives, including financial analysis and project management methodologies. Strong leadership skills to navigate an environment characterized by constant change and redefinition, with the ability to redirect and mobilize teams as necessary.
