About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented B2B Sales Professional to join our team at Info-Tech Research Group. As a B2B Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities with C-Suite leaders and HR professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and research, to develop targeted sales campaigns and materials.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions and services.
- Manage and progress sales opportunities through the pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Participate in ongoing sales coaching and training activities to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and staff at all levels across the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and value propositions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the HR and talent management landscape.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment.
