Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and review applications for demand-side management programs, ensuring attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to program operational requirements, including process and data management issues.
  • Assist in program tracking and reporting, including monthly, annual, or ad hoc reports.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with team members and cross-functional departments.
  • Promote a positive customer experience through conversations with customers and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Completion of a certificate in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a recognized accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of recent and directly related work experience.
  • Problem-solving skills, good judgment, and reasoning skills.
  • Sound analytical and decision-making skills, initiative, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite of applications.
