Job Description

B.C. LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee productivity and provide feedback.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
