  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and medication administration (under the supervision of a qualified nurse).
  • Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for residents by providing companionship, engaging in social activities, and responding promptly to their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a recognized Care Aide certificate program.
  • Medication Certification.
  • Current First Aid/CPR training and experience with medication assistance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
