Join Our Team as a Litigation Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team at REAL-R. As a boutique firm, we pride ourselves on our values of growth, innovation, empathy, strategy, and community involvement.

Our firm specializes in various areas of law, including wills and estates, commercial law, litigation, and family law. We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation in Alberta and 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial law. A law degree from an accredited post-secondary institution and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta are also essential requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in litigation and commercial law, with a proven ability to bring a book of business to the firm. We also value candidates who are active in the community, participate on boards, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and conduct of litigation matters

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation in Alberta
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial law
  • Law degree from an accredited post-secondary institution
