We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth at Moncler Spa. Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Drive store sales and productivity through key performance indicator (KPI) management, including sales, conversion, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and career growth.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient store operations, including schedule management, payroll records, inventory management, cash management, shipping and receiving, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a seamless and personalized customer experience, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards, executing floor changes and ensuring a consistent brand image.
- Product Knowledge: Train and communicate product knowledge to associates, ensuring they are fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of successful sales generation, employee development, and customer service.
- Skills: Results-driven, customer-focused, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to galvanize a team around company initiatives.
- Business Acumen: Strong attention to detail and business acumen, with the ability to analyze business and drive business decisions.
Moncler Spa offers a competitive salary range of CAD 105,000 to CAD 115,000 per year, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
