Position Overview
The Paint Lab Technician is a pivotal role within our organization, dedicated to delivering exceptional paint matching and development services. This full-time, permanent position is integral to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough analysis and precise color matching of custom paint formulations.
  • Preparing paint samples as per project requirements.
  • Documenting and maintaining new paint color systems for future reference.
  • Mixing paint samples to support the finishing team effectively.
  • Creating touch-up kits to assist in product maintenance.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of paint materials and ensuring the color matching station is well-stocked.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in paint color matching and mixing.
  • A solid understanding of color theory principles.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations relevant to construction projects.
  • The physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 40 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
