About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at City Furniture (FSJ). As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss their needs, and provide recommendations on products and services.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and making recommendations to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
