E4C's supportive housing programs provide a vital resource for individuals navigating life transitions, seeking stability, recovery, and an enhanced quality of life. We offer comprehensive housing assistance to those with histories of trauma, mental illness, and addictions.

As a Housing Program Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our programs. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including Life Skills, Wellness, Crisis Intervention, and Casual Pool staff, to meet the unique needs of each resident while adhering to agency and funder requirements.

Our supportive housing model operates on a daily cycle, emphasizing recovery through a 'one day at a time' approach. A dedicated team of staff provides clinical support within a community-based framework focused on resident well-being and recovery. You will oversee daily program operations, maintaining high standards for all staff while upholding the vision and practices of our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage program operations and plan service delivery to achieve established program goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Work in partnership with Human Resources to recruit qualified personnel for our team.
  • Coordinate program information and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices and safety protocols to ensure a secure and supportive environment.
  • Engage with community partners and oversee facility management responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff, review care plans, and lead the transition process for residents.
  • Maintain practice standards aligned with harm reduction, behavior modification, and person-centered approaches.
  • Conduct debriefings and follow-up procedures for critical incidents and crisis situations involving staff.
Qualifications:
  • Possess a degree or diploma in human services, education, or administration.
  • Meet all required checks and certifications.
  • Hold a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
