About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Officer to join our team at JinXi Financial. As a Mortgage Officer, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting loan applications, assisting clients with financial objectives, and completing credit and loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve or reject loan applications based on financial status, references, and credit history
  • Assist clients with financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, and investment
  • Complete credit and loan documentation, including reviewing and updating files
  • Interview loan applicants and assess their financial status
  • Network to develop business relations and promote the sale of loan and investment services
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of credit and loan procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a large caseload
