Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Workday expert, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Workday solutions, including Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, and Journeys. Your expertise will help us drive business process improvements and enhance the end-user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Workday subject matter expertise for implementation and ongoing support
  • Develop and drive innovative change efforts for HR process improvements
  • Partner with HR leads, Talent leads, Learning Leads, Recruiting leads, vendors, and external consultants to resolve problems and provide solutions
  • Analyze and present potential solutions to system issues and options for change requests to stakeholders
  • Lead projects for particular functional areas as required
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of Workday functional experience
  • Experience with implementing Workday Learning and Recruiting solutions in a large-scale HR business transformation
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to accurately collect information to understand and assess client needs
  • Well-developed root-cause analytical skills with the ability to configure and troubleshoot issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Workday Functional Certifications, including Workday Pro certification in Recruiting, Learning, and Talent functional areas
