We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Worker to join our team at Complete Site Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, tying and securing plants, and performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Tie and secure plants, ensuring they are properly anchored and stable.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse to keep the work site clean and organized.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Lay sod or seed, and plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape.
  • Apply fertilizers and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws, pick-up trucks, and lawn mowers.
  • Perform tree removal and spread sand or salt on sidewalks for snow or ice control.
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
