Job Title: Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic

Swerdna Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy-Duty Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex heavy-duty equipment, including heavy trucks and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair faults or malfunctions in heavy-duty equipment using computerized and other testing equipment.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure it meets manufacturers' specifications.
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work on heavy-duty equipment.
  • Perform repair work on heavy trucks and other heavy-duty equipment.
  • Service attachments and working tools.
  • Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Vehicle Inspection Certificate.
  • Experience in heavy-duty equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
