About the Role

TC Energy is seeking an experienced Administrative Associate to support our operations in Prince George, BC. As an Administrative Associate, you will provide primary support to Coastal GasLink Operations Managers and Technicians, working independently to develop various materials and coordinating with others to address departmental or interdepartmental tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Operations Managers and Technicians, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and managing travel bookings and expenses.
  • Develop and maintain various materials, such as presentations, reports, and communications, using Microsoft tools.
  • Manage departmental data, files, and digital materials, and maintain employee training profiles.
  • Process vendor invoices, requisitions, and employee reimbursements, and assist with departmental budget preparation and review.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest workflow improvements, and provide support on various company programs and systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and 6 years of related experience in a financial, business, or operations analyst role.
  • Exceptional computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft tools, such as MS TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Proven ability to prepare materials using Microsoft tools with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with demonstrated budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, with strong analytical and organizational skills.
