  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
  • Assist guests with special requirements to ensure a pleasant stay.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.

Experience

We are looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
