Senior Manager, Real Estate

As a key member of the Irving Oil team, you will lead a team of real estate professionals in the management of our property portfolio and oversee our real property interests. Your expertise in real estate and property, combined with your strong leadership and relationship management skills, will be essential in driving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute processes to minimize risk and maximize revenue from our property and lease portfolios.
  • Track and ensure alignment between real estate initiatives and business development priorities.
  • Develop and implement best practices and cost-effective property and asset management strategies.
  • Lead and manage the company's leasing and property teams.
  • Strategize and collaborate with department director on initiatives to leverage our real estate portfolio.
  • Approve and collaborate with real estate team on annual lease and property budgets.
  • Oversee the management of property recoveries and expenses.
  • Provide direction to legal counsel, experts, and professionals when required.
  • Undertake critical communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Proven real estate/property experience.
  • Strong people and relationship management skills.
  • Project management/leadership skills an asset.
