Join our team at Datamatics Group as a Tax Accountant/Senior Tax Accountant, specializing in the management of tax outsourcing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to ensure timely delivery and quality of Individual Tax Returns.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Canadian personal tax regulations.
- Prepare and review Individual (T1) and Trust (T3) tax returns for clients.
- Oversee tax calculations performed by junior analysts, ensuring thorough documentation of feedback.
- Manage daily operations of the offshore tax team.
- Maintain and update workflow systems to enhance efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a focus on Taxation, accompanied by 2-3 years of relevant experience in tax across various regions, including the UK, US, Canada, India, or international tax.
- Experience during live tax seasons in Canada is highly desirable.
