**Key Responsibilities**
* Working closely with Tax Partners and other tax staff, to develop and implement tax planning assignments for clients
* Preparation and review of personal and corporate tax returns
* Performing technical research and documenting tax plan recommendations
* Mentoring, training and development of staff
* Collaborate with peers and senior management on file planning and completion within time constraints
* Performing other related accounting functions
**Requirements**
* 3 – 5 years plus of public accounting experience with a tax specialty and a professional designation
* Successful completion or in the process of completing the In-Depth Tax Program
* Sound technical knowledge of Canadian tax related issues
* A passion for tax work
