Wood Wyant is seeking an experienced Electrical Appliance Technician to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role. As an Electrical Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment in various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Electrical Tests and Diagnose Faults

Using electrical test equipment, you will conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests to diagnose faults in electrical equipment.

Repair and Replace Electrical Components

You will refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair or replace faulty electrical components.

Advise Customers on Work Performed

You will advise customers on the work performed and the condition of the equipment.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A trades certificate or diploma in electrical technology or equivalent experience is required.

Work Setting

You will work in various locations, including electronic settings.

You will possess excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and have efficient interpersonal skills.
