About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Mammoth Graphics 2020 Inc. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Sell merchandise to customers, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock is accurately tracked and replenished as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel as part of their duties.
