Associate Director of Data Management

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Data Management to join our team in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing regular procurement activities, including requisition, purchase orders, and ordering processes with OEMs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end procurement and hardware lifecycle with Procurement Supervisor, including establishing HA and provincial device roadmaps, managing last buys, and ensuring new devices have KBAs updated for ease of support.
- Collaborate with Commercial, OEMs, and vendors to ensure alignment with device roadmaps and HA requirements.
- Manage HW budgets set by the HA's and address any variances.
- Optimize the supply chain process by minimizing cost of capital and inventory while meeting HA forecasts and demand.
- Analyze and recommend best warranty plans and parts lockers to optimize HA cost and experience.
- Analyze and help craft RFP/Agreements for suppliers/vendors.
- Develop and maintain balanced scorecards, reporting in partnership with Commercial.
- Bachelor's Degree (must).
- 8-12 years of relevant procurement experience with vendor management operations, especially experience with SAP Ariba Platform, ServiceNow, and working in a managed services environment.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with emphasis on client management, including handling challenging situations and conflict resolutions.
- Ability to lead and manage matrixed overseas teams.
- Direct client-facing experience (front office), preferred.
