Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in SharePoint to support our client's internal systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Functional Analyst for internal systems
  • Evaluate and model the business domain and processes relevant to the Business Analyst's responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers to identify and define opportunities, conducting preliminary analyses and managing various client portfolios
  • Assist clients in articulating and documenting their business needs
  • Establish and manage business requirements using diverse information-gathering techniques to help clients formalize their needs
  • Prioritize and oversee requirements to facilitate the delivery of solutions
  • Communicate and present effective solutions
  • Guide and support clients to enhance and innovate their processes
  • Foster the development of team expertise by mentoring less experienced members
  • Contribute to the definition of key business analysis methodologies, processes, and tools
  • Engage in quality assurance activities through testing and structured reviews
  • Support users during their acceptance testing phases

Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in SharePoint and related portals
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience in an Agile environment
  • At least eight years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Familiarity with data modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and formalize business needs, translating them into use cases and test scenarios
  • Knowledge of MS Access is a plus
  • Understanding of .NET technologies
  • Experience with SQL databases
  • Ability to evaluate IT project costs, risks, and profitability
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent analytical and information processing skills
  • Capacity to influence and drive change
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Extensive experience in a collaborative team setting
  • Good judgment and discretion in sensitive situations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset

This role is a contract position with potential for extension.
