Our company is developing an innovative online platform that will provide K-12 students worldwide with access to our high-quality tutoring services.

We are developing various large-scale IT solutions (such as, online platforms, tutoring software, mobile apps, etc.) that offer online tutoring and counseling to students not only in British Columbia, but also in other parts of Canada and in other countries. The IT solutions will provide platforms for teachers in the online community to provide tutoring and counselling to students all over the world. We are recruiting a talented and self-motivated Business Systems Analyst.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration, or engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, data administration, information technology.
- At least a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience as IT business system analyst developing large-scale online solutions for businesses and end-users.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, diligent, and hardworking.
- Proficient in IT systems terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop IT solutions based on the objectives and strategies of the tutoring business and user requirements.
- Maintain and improve the developed IT solutions to meet the company’s ongoing business needs and the needs of users.
- Offer guidance and expertise on the overall IT systems strategy, policy, management, security, and service delivery to support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Communicate and work closely with business and engineering teams to resolve system, data, and/or workflow related issues.
- Conduct regular tests and analysis to assess the performance, efficiency and user satisfaction of the IT systems developed, and offer solutions for improvements and upgrades.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the online education industry to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- IT: 5 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, BC V6X 3X9
