Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SRA RESTAURANTS LIMITED. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lead a team of staff, including training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet their performance goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to lead a team and provide coaching and mentoring to staff.
