We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at JP Recruiting Agency. As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' soft tissues and joints to develop effective treatment plans, utilizing a range of massage techniques and modalities.
- Client Communication: Clearly explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable throughout the treatment process.
- Treatment Implementation: Administer massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation methods, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations, to alleviate pain and promote relaxation.
- Client Education: Provide personalized guidance on home care instructions, postural improvement, stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercises to support clients' ongoing health and wellness.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments provided, ensuring seamless communication with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Certification: Hold current certification as a Registered Massage Therapist and be in good standing with the relevant governing body.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing medical education and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and research in the field.
