About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Operational Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that their needs are met.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, including fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
