Assistant General Manager

Boston Pizza International, Inc. (Calgary) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and work alongside team members to ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience.
- Achieve goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management, ensuring seamless restaurant operations.
- Build relationships by finding common ground and working cohesively with all team members to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Champion the 'Foundations of Hospitality,' Boston Pizza's Brand Standards, and Food Safety, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for guests and team members.
- Effectively communicate goals, challenges, and continuously coach the team on ways to progress, driving growth and development.
- Maintain a positive composure and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
