Job Title: Medical Sales ExecutiveWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for business development of our medical-surgical supplies and device distribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and pursue sales leads to drive business growth
- Assess client needs and develop strategic sales plans to meet their requirements
- Collaborate closely with logistics department to ensure efficient and effective planning
- Stay updated on customer, industry, and market changes to pinpoint growth opportunities
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Drive the conversion of sales leads into active customers by establishing strong contacts and fostering relationships
- Execute pricing strategy through effective negotiation skills and market acumen
- 5 years of sales/business development experience in healthcare and/or related field
- Proven track record of sales excellence and relationship building
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities
