Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Compass Group Canada.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Prepare and submit reports on food costs, inventory, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure that food is prepared to meet customer expectations
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed as needed
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
