Job Title: Accounting Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at APS Metal Industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals
  • Perform financial analysis and reporting, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Assist with financial planning and decision-making
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Provincial or territorial licence
  • Certified General Accountants (CGA) - level 1
  • Certified Management Accountants (CMA) - level 1
  • Quick Books, MS Excel, MS Word, and Internet skills
