Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Marksmen Construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including meetings, inspections, and site visits.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including project status updates, financial reports, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, with occasional travel to client sites and meetings.
