Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Jordan & Neil M Enterprises. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects and supervising workers to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work site is a safe and healthy environment for all workers.
- Materials and Equipment: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and ensure that they are delivered to the work site in a timely manner.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with workers, management, and clients to ensure that everyone is informed and up-to-date on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
