The ERP Project Supervisor role involves strategizing, coordinating, monitoring, and executing intricate IT ERP Projects to align with organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities encompass guiding and overseeing personnel accountable for the organization's project portfolio, while ensuring the effectiveness of crucial components of the project management process, including planning, scheduling, budget management, and risk evaluation.
Performance Expectations:
Manage relationships with diverse stakeholders; engage with clients, suppliers, business units, and more.
Supervise project teams comprising Junior, Intermediate, and Senior Business Analysts and Application Administrators; oversee project financials.
Play a pivotal role in the planning, design, development, and rollout of new business applications and enhancements to existing systems.
Conduct cost-benefit and return on investment assessments for proposed systems to assist management in making informed implementation choices.Collaborate with the QA team to coordinate and execute comprehensive testing, including end-user evaluations, for modified and new systems.
Research hardware and software solutions to substantiate recommendations and support procurement activities.
Provide training and orientation to end users for all modified and new systems.
Complete project and system support documentation in accordance with specifications.
Analyze and synthesize information from various technical documents to develop software applications.
Attend meetings with clients and their representatives to gather information, clarify project specifications, make recommendations, and reach consensus on system requirements.
Monitor and adjust expenditures as necessary to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.A degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration is required.
Possess the ability to troubleshoot systems by methodically testing individual components when encountering issues or 'bugs' in new software applications or errors during development.
Capability to work autonomously when designing, writing, testing, or troubleshooting software applications.Engage in community outreach supporting both local and global initiatives and charities.
Participate in social committees and sports teams.
