Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be tasked with conducting routine examinations and procedures within the Hematology and Transfusion Medicine Laboratory. The candidate must be flexible to work across all shifts, including Days, Evenings, Nights, and Weekends.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited program for Medical Laboratory Technologists
- Registration and good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario
- Proven experience and understanding of quality assurance and laboratory best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Commitment to ongoing education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Recent experience in Hematology and Transfusion Medicine
- Availability for all shifts
- Satisfactory attendance and performance history
