- Oversee management functions within the legal practice
- Represent clients in court, tribunals, and boards (for licensed attorneys)
- Draft legal documents and formulate legal opinions
- Negotiate civil dispute settlements (for licensed attorneys)
- Conduct legal research and gather necessary evidence
- Lead working groups
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MAC
- Attention to detail
- Dependable and reliable
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proactive and initiative-driven
- Strong judgment and organizational skills
