Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Elisa Dahan. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with meal preparation and cooking, as well as light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Support clients with mobility issues, such as walking, transferring, and using assistive devices.
  • Encourage and support clients to participate in regular exercise and physical activities.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a variety of settings, including private homes, apartments, and community centers. You will be required to work in a non-smoking environment and may be required to work overtime.
