Plant Operations Manager

About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will assume a finance business partner role to the plant manager and team, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive decision-making and profit maximization.
The Plant Controller will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of plant financial reports, adhering to internal control guidelines, and taking ownership of the plant cycle count program. Additionally, they will lead the Plant's Cost Deployment initiative, identifying cost reduction opportunities and developing and maintaining the standard cost model.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting and product costing, with experience in SAP and a hybrid background within the manufacturing industry. They will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $100,000/year, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a CPA or in progress, at least 5 years of related experience, and a strong understanding of cost accounting and product costing principles. SAP experience is highly preferred, but not required.
