To excel in this position, you must possess: exceptional research, analytical, and organizational abilities; a comprehensive understanding of the legal principles governing the Court; and substantial knowledge of criminal, family, civil, and administrative law, including Canadian and international case law and legislation. Familiarity with Alberta Rules of Court, statutes, and case law is essential.
Outstanding decision-making and communication skills (both verbal and written) are required, alongside proficient computer skills.
