Job Summary

Purelife Cleaning and Maintenance is seeking a skilled Payroll Clerk to join our team. As a Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing statements of earnings for employees, storing and updating financial data, and maintaining payroll records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data, including employee earnings and deductions.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare monthly statements, complete and submit documentation for benefits administration, and maintain payroll records.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime to calculate pay and benefit entitlements.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Conditions: Attention to detail, large workload, permanent work term, and 40 hours per week.
