Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of compassionate and dedicated caregivers. As an LPN with Plan A New Brunswick, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing high-quality care and support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, and wound care.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of empathy, compassion, and excellence.
Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current CPR certification and flu shot.
  • Covid-19 vaccination (proof of 1st and 2nd dose).
  • Criminal Record Check (conducted within 1 year prior to hire).
  • Medical Physical Exam (document provided).
