Position Overview

  • Formulate and execute a unified research strategy for the department.
  • Guide and develop analysts in effective research techniques.
  • Oversee the research agenda and establish priorities for the organization.
  • Engage in comprehensive discussions with investment managers and evaluate data.
  • Continuously research and assess investment managers.

Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Completion of the CFA program or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in investment management with an emphasis on research.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
