Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at service areas.
  • Keep track of food inventory and usage.
  • Prepare take-out orders and package food items appropriately.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Assist in preparing and finishing simple food items.
  • Serve customers efficiently at counters or buffet stations.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Take and process customer orders accurately.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
  • Receive and organize supplies in storage areas.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain a tidy workspace.
  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping and mopping.
