Job Title: Server

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests, working closely with our culinary team to deliver our signature Tex-Mex cuisine, and ensuring that every guest leaves feeling satisfied and eager to return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our service staff to deliver outstanding service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Communicate with guests about our food and beverage program, including promotions and special offers.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to ensure that every dish is prepared to perfection and presented with flair.
  • Work with our bartending staff to provide our guests with a wide range of refreshing beverages, including our signature margaritas.

Requirements:

  • Smart Serve Certification.
  • The ability to remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
  • Previous service experience is an asset, but not mandatory.
  • Lift items up to 30lbs.
